Marcelo CarmonaD., Agricultural Engineer, MSc and PhD, is Full Professor of Phytopathology at the Faculty of Agronomy of the University of Buenos Aires (FAUBA). Recognized for his outstanding career, he has devoted his career to the study of plant diseases and their impact on agriculture. As a leader in pioneering research in Plant Pathology, Dr. Carmona has made fundamental contributions to the development of integrated plant disease management strategies based on a solid scientific foundation.
